Spring comes to the farm, the fields have been recently plowed, the trees are starting to leaf out. There is still a bit of mist but the sun is burning it off. Loved the shape of the grand old tree, reminded me of paintings of old masters. Painted en plein aire. Glastonbury, CT Farm, Rural Connecticut landscape. Painted in oil on mounted linen panel.
